☆ What's the currency in your shop?

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars

☆ Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, according to Chunghwa Post, it's currently available for me to ship to all countries. Feel free to contact me if you are not sure about the shipping info.

Mail ( for stickers & prints )

Untracked Mail International - $2.00 - $4.00 ( usually arrives in 7-21 days )

Tracked Mail International - $4.00 - $10.00 ( usually arrives in 7-14 days )

Small Package ( for washi tapes & charms.. etc )

Untracked Package International - $6.00 - $10.00 ( usually arrives in 7-21 days )

Tracked Package International - $12.00 - $20.00 ( usually arrives in 7-14 days )

Shipping fees are based on size & weight and set by Chunghwa Post.

Please note that shipping is still impacted by COVID-19, delivery times may be delayed for several weeks or more. I am not responsible for any delays or lost items during shipment.

☆ Can I request a refund / return / exchange?

Returns or exchanges are not accepted, but feel free to contact me if there are any issues regarding your order.

Refunds are not accepted for the following:

lost packages during shipment
damaged packages due to handling of postal workers
packages delivered to the wrong address

☆ How much time does it take before my order gets shipped?

Please allow up to 7 days for processing, since I run this shop on my own~ Also I won't be able to send out orders during weekends / holidays.

☆ Can I cancel my order?

Please contact me within 5 days ( counting from the day you place the order ), I am happy to issue a refund for you. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed.

☆ What should I do if my order is missing?

Once your package is dropped off at Chunghwa Post, it is unfortunately out of my hands. Please contact your country's mail service with your tracking number so that they can provide some assistance.
